In April the Society will have completed their 50th Anniversary with another successful year. In addition to the monthly meetings special events have been organised, starting the year off with 36 members enjoying the 2 day golf break based at the Bedford Hotel. Playing golf at Yelverton and Tavistock. Mike Richards winning the overall 2 day golf competition.

At the Championship meeting at Falmouth the Society was entertained during the evening by the well renowned and travelled Nankersey Male Choir.

The main event of the year, the 50th Anniversary Dinner at Perranporth Golf Club was very well supported and enjoyed by 60 members with a 7 course dinner followed by the Entertainer " Johnny Cowling"

At the annual Christmas meeting at Newquay additional entertainment was provided by the local choir "Oll an Gwella"
